First time that I have eaten at Bear's SmokehouseBBQ in Windsor [ate at the Arch Street, Hartford location several times]. Got there today at 4pm and were first in line but 15 minutes later the line was out the door.
Meal was good: Burnt Ends [with Texas pepper sauce] with baked potato and coleslaw [$15] and Pulled Chicken with coleslaw and mashed sweet potato [$14]. The servings were ample and tasty. Next time I will try the baked beans and cornbread.
blognote: This location not as clean as Hartford. They had plenty of time before the rush to scrub down the counters. I know BBQ is messy but...
