With the help of a coupon [$15 for $30 worth of food] we had a nice late lunch today at Pazzo Italian Café in Rocky Hill. Started with a good Bruschetta [$8.99] and then on to Eggplant Parmesan [$8.99 luncheon portion] over penne. My Zucca [$8.99 luncheon portion] Penne pasta tossed with oven roasted butternut squash, chopped tomato, garlic and oil, topped with grated cheese. I added the catch of the day, Salmon, for $8. This was a very good and unusual dish but the salmon was a bit overcooked.
