Holiday shopping at the Holiday Bazaar run by the Know Good Food people on Bartholomew Avenue in Parkville. Since there were no food trucks I ran around the corner to La Casita del Sabor. It is truly a casita as there are but four tables, tiny kitchen and lots of sabor [or deliciousness as I prefer to call it]. This little Salvadoran and Honduran packs so much flavor.
The pupusas were filled with chicken and cheese and hot off the griddle. The coleslaw is home made and spicy. A filling meal for just a little dinero.
