Café 56


I just had the perfect breakfast at Café 56. It was perfect because everything on the plate belonged there and tasted wonderful. It was the Sausage Breakfast [$10.50] of the day with great coffee.

Two perfectly poached eggs over a lush biscuit engulfed with sausage [Mexican chorizo] gravy made my heart sing! Great convo with a long-time friend from the hospital made the morning even better.
