Another birthday adventure...this time to Saratoga Springs, New York. After a deep cleansing facial birthday present we went The Thirsty Owl for a complementary wine tasting. What a nice place specializing in New York wines. Tasted five wines, three white and two red, and had a tapa of Cracked Potatoes [$10] which was delicious.
We were now ready to go out to dinner but it was raining so we decided to stay and eat in the Bistro. What a good decision. I had the Corn and Crab Chowder and then the Acapulco Salad with Grilled Shrimp.
