Stopped in Norwich on the way home from theater in Manhattan at Valencia Lunchería. Good thing it's 55 miles from my house or I would be there everyday. It's billed as Argentine Beach food and the front is all sand and umbrellas. We ate inside and it is quite large with lots of servers. It has a great menu but the specials are super.
I had 3 apps: Crab Gazpacho, Blackened Scallop Arepas with mango salsa and a Lobster Empanada. The total for the three came to $24 and with a Mango Iced Tea [I was the designated driver] it made for a terrific meal. The food was outrageously good.
