Before seeing a matinée of Cabaret we had brunch at Iguana practically next door to the theater. They have a very reasonable brunch for $10.95 and with a drink for $12.95. We each opted for the second choice. I had the Chilaquiles and a Bloody Mary. The food portion was large and delicious and well presented and the drink was small and potent. Sitting outside on a gorgeous day made the meal that much more delightful.
