Had another great Sunday breakfast at Mama Roux.

Good Eggs Benedict
But the star entrée was the Mama's Crepes Special stuffed with a Scallion Mascarpone, fresh Spinach and Bacon smothered with Scrambled Eggs and served with HomeFries. YES!
