Wasn't going to eat lunch today but out shopping I saw this new place PHO99 and decided to stop. Glad I did! Had a bowl of Pho Tái [medium beef $14.25] with hot tea. All the basic ingredients plated and served nicely. The beef was tender and plentiful and the bean sprouts and basil leaves were fresh. There was a multitude of sauces on the table. Very fast service and the in-house TV gave instructions how to eat it.
