ABC Trattoria and Pizza in Cromwell was the site of our networking meeting last night. The food is always reliable there. Even though we had lots to discuss we still enjoyed the food and left with take home to enjoy at our leisure.
I had the Whitefish dinner [$14.95?] which consisted of a beautiful piece of fish simmered in a lemon butter sauce with sun dried tomatoes, capers and artichokes. The same sauce was used for the plate of ziti. It made for a hearty even though the fish was quite delicate. The accompanying salad [or soup] was the typical house salad. The bread basket was wonderful and topped with garlic knots that went well with the glass of Pinot Grigio.
