Ruby Tuesday

Here today for a late lunch after two grandchildren basketball games; one win and one loss.

I had the Ribs and Shrimp Combo Special: a whole bunch of spicy battered medium-sized shrimp with a nice Remoulade dip, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli. Only ate one rib and brought the rest home, definitely the hit of the combo. The other entrée was Chicken Fresco with the same sides. It looked good and moist. The other diner made do with the Salad Bar [figure that!]. She said she thought the choices were a little 'slim-picking' and there should at least be some bread. At that exact moment the fried Pumpernickel Bread arrived.

bloginfo: Ruby Tuesday's are [of course] all the same but this one was in North Windham. Good service and very clean.
blognote: check out the beverage choices [I only had the Iced Tea]; there are some interesting ones for next time

You said months ago that you would go to Famous Dave's as I suggested, and yet you haven't!

How do you explain yourself?

Dear Chef Anonymous:
I don't remember that commitment; so remind me where Famous Dave's is and I will make the trip. That is after I return from Brazil!

Ok, so now that I have searched my Barcelona entries, I know that Famous Dave's is in New Britain. Where in New Britain? When I get back from Brazil I will go there IF I KNOW WHERE IT IS!
