Had lunch at Wood-n-Tap in their new location in Rocky Hill on the Silas Deane Highway [in the former Ground Round]
Great lunch, new decor, good service.
Had a Smithwick's beer on tap. Entrée was the Marinas Sandwich - a grilled piece of salmon with lettuce, tomato, pickles on a sesame seed bun with dill mayonaisse. Delicious.
For dessert we split a Madagascar Fudge Nut Brownie with vanilla ice cream. Also, delicious. Good coffee!
blognote: will definitely return
we ate in a booth in the bar
lots of people out for lunch; don't they work?
