Oh yes and thank you! The Polish National Home is open again even if it's only on Saturday and Sunday for now. Four of us ate there today and had a good and hearty meal. One appetizer of Potato Pancake Minis to share. Crispy and tasty with apple sauce and sour cream. Three orders of the Kielbasa sandwich [did I say sandwich---they come two to a plate]. So lusciously sweet and tender with a good smear of Bigos and great mustard on real rye bread. The other diner had the BLT [X2] with so much bacon it was falling out of the sandwich. This was decidedly the best BLT she had ever had [said she!]. We finished with a plate of Nalesniki, rolled crepes, filled with Farmers' cheese and dusted with powdered sugar. Of course there was applesauce and sour cream. We left with box after box of leftover food to enjoy tonight. Great service and we will be back!
