Haven't been back here to Shady Glen for a while but with the beautiful weather and a trip back to the home of my parents. My sister offered a sandwich buffet which we truly enjoyed but had to have some ice cream. This mini sundae of chocolate caramel crunch ice cream and hot fudge sauce really hit the spot. There were plenty of tables available mid-afternoon so we enjoyed our selves immensely.
