The best take-out ever on a cold wintry night. Called in to the Shish Kebab House and everything was ready in 15 minutes. Had my favorite Kabuli Palow with lamb, rice pilaf, carrots and eggplant for my vegetable choice. The brown rice with almonds and raisins was delicious as always. The sautéed lamb was tender and spiced perfectly. The eggplant is the choice I like the best [my dining partner had the same meal with pumpkin] with its smoky flavor and smooth saucing. What a great meal to end the week!
