After a long meeting and giving a narrated tour of Hartford with a lunch stop at J's Crab Shack, I needed some me time so ended up at Know Good Market on good old Bartholomew Street. Had the delicious Street Corn Salad from the Craft Bird Truck and it was tasty mix of Mexican street corn, jicama, cotija cheese, roasted peppers and a cherry pepper aioli. To contrast that spicy bit of night time happiness, I had the Truffle Mac and Cheese Bites. They were salty, crunchy and terrific. The deep fried coating encasing the creamy mac and cheese was heaven. Glad I came back to the city to get some real good street food!
