River's Edge Restaurant is in a new location in Avon and the original in being renovated. The food is just as good but maybe even better and it's just a bit more pricey.
We shared a House Feta Salad with greens, dolmade, olives, feta and much more. Along with this we had the Mediterranean Platter to share. This had two delicious felafel with several dolmades and hummus. There was a basket of pita which could have been warmer and some pita pieces that were toasted and so very tasty. Mint Tea with Turkish Baklava [pistachios] and something new for me Konafa. Filled with a sweet cream and topped with toasted vermicelli it was a winner.
