Brunch under the tent at what is now called Old Inn On The Green at the Pillow. Have eaten here before and never been disappointed. Beautifully set inside and out! Their floral planting are amazing. The food is very good also. I had a nice pour of Rosé and there was also a Lavender Daiquiri at the table which was quite mischievous so light in pale lavender and delivering a punch. The Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly 'baveau' runny. Dessert was wonderfully creamy local Chevre Cheesecake. Then on to a super performance in the theater.
blognote: You don't need to be a ticket holder to enter the grounds of Jacob's Pillow. The dining is available to anyone but reservations are a must to eat under the tent.
