Know Good Food monthly dine out festival started tonight. Ran in to eat off the Mercado Span-ish Food Truck. Took along a guest who is the interim dining service manager at CVOC and he is from South Carolina. With my guidance he had the Pork Belly Slider and fell in love with it. I had the Chorizo Taco and it was awesome. I tried to have him try the Duck Fat Potatoes with a Fried Egg but he had another slider instead. Great food, great service, great people!
