Came back to FLORA today with a group of 12 senior citizens on my Mystery Lunch Tour. Everyone enjoyed themselves! I had the Avocado Bowl for the first time and it was superb. Best thing ever! Served on a base of faro in a 'creamy' tomato sauce with extra veggies and just the right amount of bite. The kale salad was good and the corn chowder was hotter the last time. Will have to go back for Happy Hour!

This restaurant has blown me away...FLORA has the best vegan/vegetarian food around. You can even order other non-vegetarian items to add to your entrée but they are not needed. The word here is flavor!

Today I had the Lunch Combo which included Corn Chowder, salad of arugula, cucumber and radish with a lemon vinaigrette, and tantalizing dish of MAC & NO-CHEESE.
The place is beautiful, spare and sleek. The service is caring. The food, again, is delicious. Sitting at a two-top looking out the second floor window at the still to be finished sometime Whole Foods parking lot, I surveyed a different world and enjoyed!
