Café Un, Deux, Trois had been highly recommended as a pretheater restaurant. We had reservations for 11:30 but our train was early so got there a bit early. The table at the window was very nice in this typically appointed French bistro. I had perused the menu and with the recommendation of a foodie friend I decided on the Lamb Burger. That is the end of the good story. The lamb, ordered medium rare, was overcooked and dry and the fries would have been escorted out of Paris on a quick jet.
