Left early because of the march in the city but traffic was fine and got to the reservation quite earlier that expected. They sat us right away in the front room at The Smith. Started off with a shared Bloody Mary [$12] which was excellent. Both us had a version of Eggs Benedict. She had the traditional and was quite pleased. I had the Benedict Johnny [$18] which was a delicious plate of cheddar corn bread, chicken sausage patty, two perfectly poached eggs with a roasted tomato hollandaise sauce and the best home fries.
This is a place to remember if you are going to Lincoln Center right across the street. The place was bustling and quite crowded but never a move to get you out of there. The service was excellent.
blognote: They have several establishments around the city.
