HAN

Had the opportunity to eat at HAN during a YELP event. Very interesting hot pot concept which I had tried at least once previously but not around here. Got an excellent tutorial at the table about how to best go about cooking our dinners.

There are several broths available and combinations thereof and I chose the Tom Yung Yum broth. Also a choice of rice or noodles and a choice of meat; noodles and lamb for me. Partner chose pork and it was not very lean and cooked much too quickly in the heated pot at each seat. The plate of vegetables/mushrooms was super. We had learned which of these cooked more quickly and which would need more time. I was partially successful in my timing. The enoki mushrooms were exquisite. A true dining experience.
