Got lunch at The Blind Pig and this was only the first or second day open. They had a soft opening and the pictures were super. So we sure got in on the excitement!
Started with an order of Blistered Shushito [$8] with preserved lemon, smoked salt and garlic oil AND super delicious.
Then we split a SHROOM Pizza [$12] with mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, parmesan and roasted garlic and an egg [+$1]
